You have spent months maybe more ensuring you have the wedding day of your dreams. Putting all your time and effort into making sure each supplier is right for you. Every detail thought of, from the colour of the flowers right down to the wording in the invitations.

What do you picture yourself doing on the day of the wedding?

Rushing around worrying about whether the favours are on the tables? If the flowers have arrived? Who will deal with any problems that may arise?

The day will go so quickly you will want to savour every minute, sharing your special day with your family and friends. Many people leave these important tasks in the hands of a close family member. Shouldn't that person be enjoying the celebrations with you?

Many venues offer a member of staff to do some of this for you but they are employed by the venue not by you as a couple. By employing your own coordinator you have someone working for you who can take on a wider range of tasks.

There are 101 different things that may need to be dealt with during the day. Why not have someone who understands your ideas, to make sure the preparations go as planned before your arrival. Somebody to ensure suppliers are in the right place at the right time, to gather guests for photographs, announce your arrival, answer any questions the venue or suppliers may have.
